Steve is a life saver! We hit a deer on our way up to hike. He was fortunately open on a Saturday and made time to get my car in to make sure it was safe to drive home. He took his time and walked me through all of the issues he found and how he fixed them. He even gave me some extra coolant for the ride home. He said to make sure I called to let him know I got home safe.

Don't hesitate to stop here - I was having car troubles on a trip to the Whites and Heitz was able to see me on extremely short notice, very graciously ordered new parts and turned my car around in a couple of hours. Saved my trip and got me on the road home! Thank you!
We had a low tire warning and had the pleasure of stopping at Heitz. Outstanding service from the owner who knows his stuff. Patched our two bad tires from Budget rent a car and had us back on the highway in no time.
