Don't hesitate to stop here - I was having car troubles on a trip to the Whites and Heitz was able to see me on extremely short notice, very graciously ordered new parts and turned my car around in a couple of hours. Saved my trip and got me on the road home! Thank you!

Steve has an incredible amount of knowledge, a deep understanding of the current and best ways to maintain and build trucks, and he’s ALSO really kind and happy to spend the time explaining what’s going on. That’s all a rare combination. Steve helped us out in a stressful situation, explaining why what sounded like a major issue was actually a really simple fix!
These sweet gentlemen saved my RV renter's vacation. They even dropped them off at their gondola destination while it was being fixed and picked them up! Above and beyond service and a very fair price. Angels don't always wear wings!
