Their was a small burn mark but when I called and told them about it the corrected the situation
Was really needing to get a new mattress. Found one on Monday, got it delivered on Friday. Delivery was very fast, within minutes they took away the old mattress and had the new one in place. Love the new mattress, and should have upgraded sooner.
We found the salesperson to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery men were polite and helpful. Our bed is just what we wanted!
Not very helpful when purchasing mattress. I am considering exchanging mattress.
