Kevin has been representing my family for the past few months and we are very happy with his services. Kevin and the rest of the HCA staff always responds timely and with great detail and knowledge. Everything that he has walked us through has happened. We are never surprised by anything. They are professional and understanding. I would highly recommend Kevin.
The one star reviews are correct. Kevin is the embodiment of the old cliche all lawyers are greedy. He is charismatic though and he will do his best to keep you on the hook as long as he has some of your retainer money.
Terrible customer service. Money hungry. Don't waste your money and don't recommend this office. Kevin will tell you one thing, and Monique will tell you something different. They never return phone calls. They take your money and when you inquire about what false information you were told, the next thing is they can do something more for you but they remind you that it's gonna be another cost and he charges $375 an hour. Terrible terrible terrible
