Don't waste your time. The wait times are ridiculously long; the staff don't even look like they want to be there and are they're very rude over the phone. You ask to speak with an office manager; they put you on hold and never come back to the line. I honestly don't even know how plans are in contract with them. These people need to clean house and find people that truly cares about others.
