The worst day of my life was in this hospital. My father was in the ICU for weeks. My last day being here was watching him flatline. I'm not saying all of the nurses are bad. There were ones who were great. The issue is how it's handled. Every few days, he'd have a new nurse that would be assigned to him who've never worked with him before. I would watch a nurse do a great job and he'd start improving, then a new person would be assigned to him, and all of a sudden, and his condition would decline. I was waiting for 7 hours to be examined, and then finally I asked a doctor to help me and he went out of his way to be there for me, his name was doctor Aziz and he was so helpful.
