I hate this firm. As a customer of Coldwell Banker I have no choice but to use this firm when entering into real estate txns. They are inefficient, rude and unaccommodating. They make many mistakes. It is ok to make a mistake, but these guys are so nasty, they turn a 30 second phone call into two days of emails, screaming, consternation, etc. I do not know why Coldwell Banker uses such a lousy firm.
