Alan is a very good plumber.
Amazing service. I called and was answered within a few rings. I was helped and coached over the phone. The call lasted about 5 minutes and my issue was resolved. It is amazing that there is still customer service like this. So refreshing. Thank you again.
Showed up on time to repaie a water heater. He showed me exactly what was wrong with it (bad heating element) and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Good price
I called and asked if I could get his hourly rates, he said “if you have to ask about cost, you might as well call someone else” and then hung up on me.
