Heiser Ford is horrible. I wouldn't send my dog there to purchase a car. They are so corrupt. I financed a car and brought it back, within the 3 day grace period they gave me, because the transmission was bad, jerking. I traded my car in. I have been without a car over a month. I wanted my money back from my trade in. They keep putting me off saying we are trying to work something out. Then they said they would get my trade in back. Still nothing. This can't be legal.<br /> <br /> <br />

Poor customer service! I would give a no star if I could. I inquired about a vehicle. Had my credit ran with the finance dept. received information that I was approved after having to reach back out. Now it’s been over a week and no one has reached out to let me know when the vehicle would be available. They must not like new customers with good credit and money ready to go down on a purchase.<br /> <br /> <br />
