Took my car here because I was worried it was a part being recalled (there was a weird , loud noise coming from under the hood). Not only did they tell me they wouldn’t replace the part being recalled unless my car broke down, but they did a $190 diagnostic to tell me I needed a new catalytic converter. I took my car to another mechanic, they said that part is not needed and they fixed an exhaust pipe from my engine. Ford was trying to charge me $1800. The mechanic who helped me charged $300.
