Thus was my 6th vehicle purchased from Heiser Chevrolet in West Bend. Ceasar is by far the best salesman i have ever worked with ! And his manager Brian, went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I was looking for, on very short notice! The finance department was outstanding as well!
Brought my Cadillac CT5 V in for repair and it's been a month. I requested an update 3 days ago and haven't gotten a response. Zero customer service from the repair team. Sales team seems great, we bought a Chevy truck and that went very well. It's like dealing with 2 completely different companies. Update: since my negative review, they have greatly improved their communication with me, which is very much appreciated.
