DO NOT RECOMMEND. They ordered the wrong dress, it took months to come in and then was wrong. Thankfully I still had time to wait for the correct dress but they offered 0 compensation for this massive mistake.
Had an excellent experience with Heirloom's Bridal Shop. I purchased my gown in January 2025 - forgive me, but I forgot the consultant's name who helped me but she is in the photo below and SHE was the one who actually selected my dress during my try-on - I instantly fell in love! Through alterations, Susan specifically helped make some adjustments to my gown - we added lace/sequin Juliette sleeves and a modesty panel, all of which were removable and interchangeable, and I was in love with the results! 10/10 for customer ser... read more
I said yes to the dress at Heirlooms Bridal! Irene was extremely helpful from start to finish, guiding me through the whole process and helping me find the perfect dress. Her kindness, patience, and expertise made the experience so special. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and highly recommend Heirlooms Bridal to any bride-to-be!
Had a fantastic experience at Heirloom bridal. My consultant, Alyssa (not certain of spelling), was amazing and listened to the kind of dress I was looking for and picked out the exact dress I ended up buying! The entire process felt so comfortable, all the staff were helpful and straightforward (which I appreciated very much). After going to at least ten other bridal shops I think this was one of the best experiences I had!
I had a lovely experience with the sales associate (Irene) who squeezed me in for a walk-in bridal consult on a Saturday morning. She was attentive, kind, and complementary (without being pushy or trying to up-sell). I went a little over budget even though I bought a dress off-the-rack, but they had a great selection of boho lace gowns that weren't sparkly or poofy.
