No one answers the phone, ever. How can you run a business this way?
DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD FOR THIS PLACE!!!! I bought a gift card for a Friend to get a massage for her Birthday. Per the website they offered this service. When my friend called to make an appointment they told her they did not have a Massage Therapist and didn’t know when they would have one. I called to get a refund and they would not give me one even though they were advertising a service they can’t perform!!!
