Never called back after 2 messages and a promise of a call back within 3 hours on their message.....I went with Caravan Cleaners instead.
Excellent service and quality of cleaning. I had 10 oriental rugs, sizes from 8’x10’ down to runners 3’x6’ that were soaked from water pipe breakage in my apartment wall during the recent cold snap. Every room except one was flooded. The rugs were picked up and returned in beautiful condition.
Nice folks. Convenient pick up and delivery. My three rugs look great. Daniel explained the cleaning process in detail and gave me advice about future rug purchases. I’m using this company in the future and will be recommending them to my neighbors.
