If you need bleach spots removed from your carpets, this is your go to company! We recently used Greg and the heirloom team for repairing a carpet and I loved how quick to respond, professional and honest these guys were. Thanks again! Quality work.
We had a situation where our baseboards were sprayed and cleaned with a cleaning product that had bleach in it. It spattered all over the carpet upstairs causing dozens of spots. Greg was great. He was responsive to emails and calls and was able to resolve the spots without any replacement carpet. It was a lot less than replacing the carpet. Really happy with all aspects of the service and would highly recommend.
I recently hired Heirloom Rug Cleaning to clean my Moroccan rugs and fix a fringe on one of the rugs. They took almost 3 months to return the rugs. The rugs were cleaned but there are still some small stains, hence the 2 stars. I had to call several times to get updates on the rugs and had to remind them for a fringe repair quote. The fringe repair was totally different than the other side of my rug, something that was not mentioned at all in the emails. I would not have chosen to go ahead with the fringe repair had I known.... read more
