Extremely poor customer service. We called Heirloom Rug Cleaning Ltd. to inquire about dropping off our area rug. The gentleman on the phone repeatedly cut off the conversation and ended the call abruptly without confirming any of our details, and then hanging up. When I called back to ask why he was so rude, he accused my husband of being impatient which was completely untrue, as he barely had a chance to speak. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.
