We booked with Heirloom in June 2025. There was a mishap at the beginning of our trip but Scotty was amazing. He was such a problem solver and a light. He quickly resolved the issue and offered incentives for our inconvenience. We could not have been happier.
I am so sorry that we are just now seeing all of these bad reviews. We rented in May, 2025. Within one hour of checkin our email was compromised due to an insecure network. The property was overrun with cockroaches and fleas. We have rented over a dozen properties in New Orleans over the past few years and have NEVER had a problem like this. Stay away - this property is not worth the money or the trouble.
Owners are slum lords. Never refunded our trip after our flights got cancelled due to snow in New Orleans. Most of their properties have no STR permits, and are being reported to the city.
Avoid at all costs. This is the first negative review I have ever written, as it was just that bad. Pool heat didn't work. My stuff was all stolen during super bowl week, side lock of the house didn't work, high suspicion it was an inside job. Heirloom refused to take ownership of the situation, wouldn't share video footage with me of the NOLA PD, wouldn't provide a refund, made 0 effort at all to help. Awful people, horrible management team, shady company.
Beware of this unscrupulous company. Their customer service is the worst. When we arrived at Stay Heirloom property in Savannah Georgia on September 27, 2024, for a two-night stay, we were surprised to find that the property had no power, especially since we received an email from Stay Heirloom that morning stating that the property was ready for occupancy.
