Booked a stay with this company Easter weekend and it was a disaster. If I had studied the reviews across cities and their unethical practices— I would have never booked this. From Savannah to New Orleans to Boston there are wild reviews and stories. Check-in opened at 4 PM. We arrived at 6:30 PM after a 7-hour drive from North Carolina to find painters still actively working inside, ladders in the doorway, paint trays on the porch — and the front door partially open. Absolute Scam Artists. NEVER USE THEM. 1st, they contacted us by using private information that we had put into AirBnB. They did not monitor any understanding of construction or work being done at their property we rented, which caused elderly guests and small children to have to traverse dangerous passages and walk through other people's apartments. Wish I could rate zero stars. They canceled on our large group the day before we checked in claiming a sudden flood. After visiting the property to see this flood, we saw that they had lied and were just remodeling. They didn’t try to make things right. Airbnb refunded us because this scam company kept our money. Avoid at all costs!!!
SCAM!!!!! Do not book!!!! Honestly, the worst experience ever. We booked a year in advance for my friends’s 50th birthday party. 13 of us flew into New Orleans only for them to cancel the day before check in. They lied about their being a flood at the property - and tried to move us to a different property. When in truth, the house was just under construction the entire time. Absolute scam. Stayed with them through AirBnB and they let men enter our property unannounced twice! Completely unsafe for a group of young women trying to enjoy NOLA. They kept us waiting until the review deadline had passed so they could avoid a poor review before denying any refund! Now I have to waste more time reporting them directly to AirBnB. Horrible experience.
