I am only commenting on the service and not the quality of the rug cleaning as I am moving and left them rolled up. The staff os prompt, responsive, and courteous. I would use their services again. I had 3 large area rugs cleaned at the facility.

Our 8x8 Chinese wool rug came back like it was new, it’s 40 years old. The colors really came back, same with the Persian rug we sent. Easy to schedule, easy estimate, easy pick up and drop off. Pleasant experience.
