They do not know how to clean all top-of-the-line rugs. They destroyed ours. If they were uncertain how to clean it, they should not have taken it to their shop or returned it unclean. Very disappointed.
This service was so convenient. They picked up my rugs, cleaned them, and delivered them back to me. They did a great job cleaning too.
