Cara is absolutely wonderful !! My mother found her through a search online when she could tell I was struggling with breastfeeding as a new mama. Cara is extremely supportive, non judgmental, and great at practical tips but also with helping me reframe my mindset if I’m feeling down about feedings. I have especially found her support after our meeting to be superb!
I was exclusively pumping for 2 months postpartum due to my little one being tongue tied. Once we got that issue taken care of I just didn’t have it in me to pump anymore and reached out to Cara for help. Cara gave me some tips on breastfeeding and my baby immediately latched. I am now 5 months postpartum and am still a breastfeeding mama!
Cara at Heirloom Lactation is truly amazing with her attention to detail, techniques, and resources that helped my baby and I re-establish a healthier relationship with breastfeeding! Would highly recommend her services to any moms out there struggling with breast feeding.
