Let me just start by saying if the rating was based off food alone it'd be 5/5 stars. The communication before and after wedding wasn't great but wasn't terrible either. I (the bride) had tried to get some appetizers and was told they were all out and i could wait to eat till dinner, I was surprised to find out they were not in fact out and a bridesmaid came back with a plate after I was told there was none left. I used Heirloom Kitchen this week for a small work event that I was hosting on Wednesday 5/21/2025 ; and couldn't be more pleased as to what Tracy was able to create for us. I called on 5/19/2025 Monday afternoon left a 911 message that need some "finger" food for a 5pm work event that Wednesday I was hosting. She called me within the hour--said she could make it happen asked what my budget/ vision /event was and if I trusted her to come up with a menu. Delicious food and gorgeous presentation. I appreciated their ability and ease in handling certain dietary restrictions. They are flexible in crafting a menu that suits you perfectly. Our guests raved about the catering and took business cards to book Heirloom Kitchen for their upcoming events.
