Built my house for me in 2022. I gave up a wrap around porch for a more complex front entry. When that couldn’t be done they refused to have the wrap around porch added back. I had to sign off on every change and upgrade I wanted. ( as expected) but my front steps were removed without me signing off or agreeing so they would save money.
