Great customer service! I live in another state and was getting flowers delivered to relatives, I did my best to describe what I had in mind and they even sent me a picture the day before it was to be delivered. It turned out the arrangement wasn’t quite what I had pictured, and I let them know. The woman working with me had a very positive attitude about it and was very accommodating. She rearranged the bouquet to be closer to what I had hoped. The result was beautiful! Very happy with my purchase.

The owner of Heirloom helped me to make an anniversary gift that my wife loved, did it on short notice, and was so thoughtful. I always love visiting the store, and every employee has been super friendly and helpful. Such an awesome part of Slaton!
