Dropped in for first time today. Coach Casey was welcoming, informative, encouraging, and provided excellent individualized feedback on form. Community was exceptionally friendly and inclusive. Gym is spacious and well equipped. Strong recommend!

Coach Carolyn is an amazing coach. She has thorough knowledge of all the movements to make sure we do them correctly. She’s able to modify those movements easily for any athlete’s abilities or limitations. And she’s always in a happy mood, cheering you on during the workout.
Melissa clearly loves what she does. She learns quickly what each person is capable of, and works with/encourages them throughout class so they can get the most of out the workout each and every time. She's awesome!!
