Dinner last night at Heirloom was one of the best meals I have ever had anywhere. The flavors were different and amazing. Couldn’t wait for the next course. But very sad as now I hear it will become another Italian restaurant among the 100 other Italian places in the surrounding towns. Such a shame
Finally had the opportunity to complete the trifecta of Chef Dave's (current) restaurants and visit Heirloom at the St. Laurent. It did not disappoint. We chose to forego alcohol and instead ordered what I think were Yuzu Palmers - they were so creamy and refreshing. The beet appetizer was bursting with flavor and stood on its own even without the cheese. Changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars for a couple of reasons. The dinner we had recently was excellent. The dishes we had were very well prepared, but what really brought us back was the bartenders. Conner and Forty just make you feel at home and make excellent cocktails.
The last time I wrote a review for food this good it was a 12 page letter but right now, I'm speechless! #happytummy thank you!! Service to Vibe without a detail missed on our plates!!
