We had a very disappointing experience working with Little Heirloom as the caterer for our wedding. Eight days before our wedding, LH added a $1,600 charge to our final invoice with no prior notice. This last-minute change reflected the overall pattern we experienced throughout the planning process: frequent and unexplained price increases, inconsistent budget breakdowns, and poor communication from our main point of contact, the Senior Events Associate. Heirloom absolutely killed it at our wedding!!! Elizabeth and team were so professional and on point!! All throughout the planning process, they offered invaluable advice and guidance, working seamlessly with our planner, and were so prepared day of!
