Was able to make a same day appointment with their new online booking system. I had a wonderful haircut with Aleyna. The service (coffee/tea, scalp massage, wash, cut and style) I received was definitely worth the money. I enjoyed the aesthetic of Heiress, and all of the staff interacted with were polite and friendly. I’ve been going to see Lindsay at Heiress Hair Salon in Penticton for over a year now, and every visit leaves me feeling refreshed and confident.
