Run.... I implore you, please let that sink in. Seriously, I wish someone had warned me. I was cruelly underrepresented and this doesn't even touch on the financial exploitation incurred. To be billed well over 50k and to not have had a single mediation or court hearing....Heinz Law couldn't or wouldn't even obtain full financial disclosure. Cruel, exploitative, and void of conviction, purpose, or ethics. I wish a kind-hearted human being would have begged me to heed caution and run. Run.
We recently did our wills and powers of attorney at Heinz Law. Rajveer Uppal was not just professional and clearly knowledgeable, but also very helpful, personable, and considerate. She took the time to explain things and answer all our questions. I appreciated how she and Eunice Yap checked in from time to time to see if they could offer any further assistance when we were doing our part to get things signed.
