EVERY person on staff I interacted with was so friendly, professional and kind. I absolutely adore Dr. Heintz- she is an excellent optometrist, listened to my concerns, updated my prescription so that I can actually see. My experience was 10/10- HIGHLY recommend!
I can’t recommend Dr. Heintz and her staff enough. Over the past year I’ve been here for my annual exam twice, an emergency appointment, a contact lens fitting, and my husband has been seen here as well. Every single experience has been outstanding. I had forgot both my contacts and glasses when traveling for my son’s soccer and was in a panic about what to do after today. Blake at the Costco optical was amazing, polite and saved the day. He found some contacts in my very near sighted prescription. Great customer service!

Positive: Employee and doctor interactions were professional and friendly. Negative: At an appointment specifically for getting glasses, doctor refused to give my pupillary distance measurement when asked. This is necessary for buying glasses online. After telling me it is better that this be measured in person, the doctor told me I would have to use whatever app or tool the online retailer had instead of her giving me the measurement.
