I had forgot both my contacts and glasses when traveling for my son’s soccer and was in a panic about what to do after today. Blake at the Costco optical was amazing, polite and saved the day. He found some contacts in my very near sighted prescription. Great customer service!

Positive: Employee and doctor interactions were professional and friendly. Negative: At an appointment specifically for getting glasses, doctor refused to give my pupillary distance measurement when asked. This is necessary for buying glasses online. After telling me it is better that this be measured in person, the doctor told me I would have to use whatever app or tool the online retailer had instead of her giving me the measurement.
My wife and I have been going for a few years now. Very pleased with everything. Dr. Heintz is knowledgeable and polite as well as the staff. Definitely worth the money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
