We have used this company since 2019 and service had been decent but average, 3-star, until this year. They also built our pool. This year we had them open our pool as we usually do on April 1st. First, the salt level is at 9900 which is 3x the amount it should be. Thus, they put in way too much salt and then charged me for it. The salt cell has since went out which is no coincidence and the pool is turning green. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! They put in our pool cover incorrectly which has given us nothing but trouble since. They assured us they would take care of it, but never did. After 3 years of excuses and delays, we pressed them on the issue and they stopped returning our messages. Sadly, a similar thing happened to a friend that we had referred to them as well. Wish I had read the reviews showing the same issue experienced by others before trusting this company.
Heintz installed our pool in Spring 2014. It was well done and we have been happy with our pool overall. However their customer service has continued to decline to the point of being non-existent. We used to recommend the company to friends interested in a pool installation, but not any longer. If you are considering using this company to have the ECHO finish. you may want to reconsider .We had this finish done to our pool and had to have some pool repairs done and requested to have them come back and paint the areas that had been repaired by a professional company and we were refused ,now considering this was a special paint that is only done by this company in our area we feel like they left us hanging after paying 7500 dollors .
They installed our new liner this year and got the pool opened for us. Followed through with everything they said they would do. Highly recommend for any pool ,spa needs. Thanks Jarod to you and your employees. Top notch!!

This company is a stand up company. From day one, they have done everything they said they would do. You can't bear their quality or the Ecofinish product. They were extremely quick and efficient when installing the pool. I've seen other products and did a lot of research. I'm happy that I chose this company to install my dream. So if you want to know the TRUTH....There it is. As far as I'm concerned, there is no other option but Heintz Pool & Spa Co.
