Pool service is fine but what they do with billing is atrocious. You get billed for same services over and over again.. At this point I have owner on video saying my bills are paid, and yet I got another bill saying it not paid. It happend more than 10 times, I have multiply emails saying they gonna fix their system and yet I got another bill. I wonder how many times they overcharged their clients. I did stop at their office many times and yet problem not solved. Denise Rickard
Find another company. Don't let them ruin your dreams of having a pool . I've been needing resprayed for 7 years they only lie and leave promises on the table and never hold up to thier word . Please is you want a nice pool go with another company. Jarred doesn't deserve your money . He will take it and run. If you have any questions please contact me
This company sucks
We have used this company since 2019 and service had been decent but average, 3-star, until this year. They also built our pool. This year we had them open our pool as we usually do on April 1st. First, the salt level is at 9900 which is 3x the amount it should be. Thus, they put in way too much salt and then charged me for it. The salt cell has since went out which is no coincidence and the pool is turning green. Also, when they opened the pool, they turned on the heater and set a schedule which they have NEVER done before.... read more
I would not reccomend this company. In my experience, they have been a nightmare to deal with. We had a simple business agreement that they have chose time and time again not to follow through with. This in action has left me out of Tens of Thousands of dollars. I don't understand how they are still in business. They are also extremely hard to get ahold of. I hope what has happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else as it is very unethical.
