My dad and I bought a used Highlander with a trade in and Coltin walked us thru the entire process quickly and easily. The time spent waiting around at the dealership was minimal. My dad was offered a great price for his trade in vehicle, then we got an excellent tutorial in the new vehicle including connecting phones before we took off. It was probably the simplest car purchase I've ever been part of.
My family and I have been loyal customers of this dealership for years, purchasing multiple vehicles and regularly bringing them in for service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. A couple of years ago, after having my car repaired following a crash, the front bumper was left missing several screws, causing it to nearly fall off. We ultimately had to fix it ourselves.
