I requested Diamond Fusion to be applied. I put it on the appointment request, we stated it when we checked in and my husband reminded them again when he looked if it was in the shop yet. It didn't get done. On check in we said the fuel door needed fixing as it wasn't opening when the lever was pulled. Again they were reminded when my husband checked on it.
