Went there 2 times and NO ONE EVER CALLED IN MY MEDS! Now they expect me to pay for an office visit and then the follow up that could have been a phone call of me just repeating the same thing that no one is doing there job. They also told me I was diabetic without any blood work , and I am not. had a1c of 5 and blood surgars normal. the nurse and doctor just kept say ... no you are. that way the insurance will cover your meds... That they never called in. so 426 dollars later.. stil nothing.

Myself and several people seen Dr. Heinsen on 11/16 and 11/17. None of our prescriptions have been called in. I talked to Dr Heinsen Monday the 20th, he assured me they would be sent in. On the 23rd Thanksgiving day, I received a text from Renata saying she would get them sent in on Friday the 24th. She claims she has been too sick to send them in.
