Peter is the MAN and his team is absolutely remarkable.
My experience with Heins Law was extremely positive, I contacted them about a situation where I was the Durable POA and also trustee of an irrevocable trust for a family member. If you're looking for someone to set up a Trust, I would highly recommend Peter Heins. He's thorough, knowlegable and extremely professional. And, a nice guy to boot. I really liked the fact that getting my Trust together wasn't a long drawn out ordeal, plus, Peter made it all happen so smoothly. I highly recommend this guy!
