Do not buy from Heinrich Development. We just moved and lived there for how many months, but we got a problem from our plumbing. The poor quality of their works makes us pissed off. They put the nail where the pipe is located without checking the map/blueprint, causing both our closets to have a leak. Now the unit is not under warranty of the developer, nor not under the warranty of the strata. So, it is shoulder by the owner unit.
Do not buy anything from Heinrichs Development. Moved into a brand new complex built by them in Abbotsford and the work is pathetic. Too many deficiencies to list. Courtyard tiles look like a kindergarten class put them together. Very dangerous and a tripping hazard. Hoping Heinrichs steps up to fix our many deficiencies.
