Cannot say enough positives about the guys at Penn Auto Sales. Today was the perfect example of when a brand new part would have cost us $300, but supplied a slightly used part for $100. They go WAY above and beyond in customer service and always stand by their product. I will never go anywhere else. I hope that the shop will continue to be passed down so I never have to leave. One of a kind service, folks. You don’t find guys like these anymore.

Honest AND Dependable!! I was recommended to Al @ Heinrich's by a co-worker of mine over 5 years ago and have not been disappointed! I've both purchased vehicles and had service work done at Heinrich's...not only are they honest, but they go out of their way to help and will even stay late/come in early to meet your schedule! I moved to Baltimore and still plan on taking my car to Al - he's worth it!
Dedicated, honest service I started taking my bimmer to Heinrich's because the dealer was sort of expensive. I have found that Al (the mechanic I always work with) is very polite and straight forward. He has been very easy to work with and schedule appointments. Often, he will go out of his way to help and even stay open late just for me. He even does little extra things such as tightening the screws in my glove box free of charge. Take your car to Heinrich's and ask for Al! You won't be sorry.
Great mechanic! I have been using Heinrichs for auto repairs for many years now. I found him by purchasing one of my cars from him. He is truly an honest mechanic. Everytime we have taken our car or cars there to be fixed he has been really honest with us and made sure we knew what was wrong and what he was fixing before he worked on it. He is also very knowledgeable about german cars. He mostly deals with BMW's, AUDI's and VW's.
