My name is Kalon McDonald from Illinois. John has been on my case for 4 months now. He responds to all of my questions even though I’m kind of a nervous wreck pest! I’m not in the dark about anything pertaining to my case and he’s doing it for free!! Thanks john
He never answers or returns calls. Even if yr a client or not. I have yet to see him do better then what I could do . I'm not even a Attorney. I shall see and get back with you to see if he does any fighting for his clients. If he does I will rate him higher by for now that's all I got to go by.
Terrible lawyer. Doesn't answer his phone. Out of all my different Court appointed lawyers I've had in my time by far John Heinicke is the worst. Fire him before taking any of his advice.
I represented a shared defendant, with John as his attorney. Mr Heinicke had tried to reach me once, while I left several messages for him. However, when we connected, he gave me as much time as needed to talk through several options, several worse case scenarios, discuss how statutes and the law did and didn't apply to the case, and the likely outcome.
