I’ve been shopping at your Middleburg Heights location almost every day, but today I had a very bad experience with an employee at the express register. She was rude and completely unhelpful when I asked a simple question about the free promotional items I received. Every Heinen’s employee is courteous and knowledgeable about the merchandise and its location. None us ever too busy to help me find “it” or offer to get it for me! Everyone smiles! Shopping at Heinen’s is truly a “Reward” ing experience! Thank you!
