Good customer service, clean and organized.
I actually work for point pick up platform that has lately been a partner with Heinen’s to deliver their online orders to their customers. Based on corporate contract Heinen’s has with point pick up, delivery drivers are only allow to execute one delivery order per hour, but conflict of interest in leadership position in Heinen’s Rocky River go above and beyond to assign more than one order per hour to their favorite delivery drivers. This 3 star rating isn't for the food its for the on-line shopping. The phones the shoppers use don't work. Twice, including today, my shopper texted me about unavailable items and I responded with a substitute. Problem is my texts DID NOT go through so I ended up without items. PLEASE get phones for the Online Program that texting works between shopper and customer. Thank you!
