I called last night, after business hours, panicked because I had water in my basement! Jerry Heinen come quickly to check things out and see how we could keep from making the problem worse. Dave and Rudy were at my door before 8 AM to tackle the problem! And by 10, they had solved the problem, cleaned up and even answered my questions. Over the years , I have always had great service from PHE.and recommend them highly.

We've always had an excellent experience with Heinen's. Once again came through when our air conditioner quit. They were out the same day we made the phone call and replaced our blower motor at a reasonable price. Thanks again Dave and Diana Andrus.

Extreme delay in work, poor communication when asked about changes in bid amounts - actual 10 month delay.. double the bid amount and left many items on original bid undone. Would not trust Jerry.
