100% the best lawn company I’ve ever been to. I bought a new Hustler XDX and after drop off i drove it for about 40 yards making two passes through my lawn. I called him and said I regretted my decision on not going with the next model up. Robert didn't even hesitate and said bring it back and we will get you into the mower you want. A true stand up guy that will have my business from here on out.
I was having issues with my push mower that was less than 2 years old. I attempted to diagnose the problem myself along with a friend looking at it (over 5 hours combined). When contacting the manufacture for the motor I was advised I needed to take it to an authorized shop, and they happen to be the closest/most convenient shop. Drove from Missouri to buy a new mower from HOPE, and was very happy with the price and customer service. Chantal the owner and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with, thank you!
These folks are awesome. Reinstalled the belt on my Hustler zero turn mower along with a new tensioning spring on site in about 10 minutes for $27. Thank you all for helping out a neighbor with no appointment right before you closed!
