Doctor Zisman is a wonderful doctor!
She is very unresponsive to the point it is dismissive. She will bill you for more than your annual physical and cause you to have to pay for a visit that should be a no cost/ covered visit. And ignore you when you ask her to fix her billing. I would not suggest her to anyone unless I esntrd them to feel unheard and not cared for.
Visited as a new patient today, Dr Cahn carefully and patiently went through all previous diagnosis and conditions with me and did a thorough physical exam for me. He's taking it seriously enough, getting to every possible detail of my overall situation. I'd highly recommend him as Primary care.
He was understanding and informative
Saw provider inpatient. He wanted me to have pacemaker. He lied regarding my pulse rate, as I had informed him of my adult pulse rate for 50 years. He lied and said it was much loswer than that . He insisted it was in the 20's numerous times. I then agreed. After surgery, I found out 2 weeks later that he had sent the unit at 50, and that my pulse was only once in the 30's and Never in the 20's. Dr. Heyn is very low-keyed and explains everything thoroughly. I had a heart monitor for 2 weeks. She explained the results thoroughly, answering our questions until she was sure we understood. Unlike most doctors using the 15 minute appt., we felt no pressure from her to hurry. Both my husband and I left commenting how much we liked her. I would highly recommend her.
