From pre-op to post-op Dr. Wright was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, personable and clearly very skilled as my surgery couldn't have gone any better.
I like Dr. Zisman because he gives ample time to listen to your problems and gives you multiple options and also recommends which one will work best for you.
Dr. Kalus is probably a great doctor, but her office is chaos which made my experience terrible. In my second appointment, I waited for Dr. Kalus for about 1.5 hours before she came in for a 3 minute appointment. Her office then sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, which was completely inconvenient to me. Then, they didn't update the label on the medication so that my insurance wouldn't pay for it because they thought i still had remaining medication, which I did NOT. Dr Zisman went beyond our expectations helping us understand options fully and allowing me to make the final choice, this was the first time in my 9 yr MCC journey, we were Very impressed.
Dr. Zisman exceeds expectations
She always gets me with a smile and ask me how I'm doing and how is my family. She is the best PCP I have ever heard sometimes she can't spend along time with me cause if to nanny clients but she has done excellent in hearing my concerns. I give her between a4.5 and a 5.I wouldn't want any other provider ever.
Dr Zisman is sincerely respectful, and always makes a point to collaborate with me on treatment choices.
She is not full time at Optum but is responsive on mychart and a very attentive and helpful doctor. My preferred physician.
Liked how Dr. Zisman remembered my sentiments on a topic from previous visit(s). Good documentation on his part.
