PURCHASED A 12 PACK 12OZ OF HEINEKEN WITH A REBATE OF $7. HAVING PROBLEMS RECEIVING MY REBATE. THEY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. HEINEKEN SHOULD BE ASHAME OF SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
