John & Rick did a great job installing a ceiling light, baseboard heater & whirlpool tub wiring. Was very happy with their work & professionalism. A plus they loved dogs as well.
Got home on a Friday night and my AC and well pump both stopped working and electricity was dipping in half of my house. No water, no AC and a hot weekend ahead. I spent thie night doing all I could to figure out the problem. Called Hein on Saturday and they were onsite within a couple hours. They were able to diagnose the problem and quickly had everything working again. Called in a panic on a Saturday and he took the time to troubleshoot over the phone and managed to solve my issue - I even offered to pay for the consult, and he said he was just happy to have helped me solve it. Knowledgeable, kind, and service-focused - I'm saving this number, because Hein is now my go-to electrician!
