I would never recommend taking your vehicle to Heims Transmissions. The owner drove my truck around town and drove it to his home where it caught fire. He never called me to tell me my truck caught fire till I called the next day check the status on my truck. He put out the fire with a water hose at his home. He never called the fire department till the next day. If I never called him to check the status of my truck I would have never known it was totaled. Had work done last summer, after picking up my vehicle the transmission went out after only 3 weeks.I had to leave it for another 2 weeks for them to repair the same problem that they had "fixed" the first time.They leave your vehicle filthy and damaged (multiple scratches on mine) and drive it wherever they wish to go.The first commenter is very right on what he said, as this has been my personal experience as well.Would NEVER go back and make sure I inform everyone I know not to go here!
What a joke... I received a call from a Henrico Police Officer that they had pulled over my vehicle near the Henrico Government Complex. The " technician" claimed that he was "testing" my car... turns out he had 2 children in the back seat and was also driving without a license. When I asked the woman who answers the phone at the shop what was going on, she claimed that the tech was pulled over around the corner while testing my transmission.
