Lovely products and very quick efficient delivery
My favourite shop in York, bar none. Exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable staff, plus everything I've ever needed for domestic chores, fixing stuff, wrapping stuff, gardening, gifting and just making beautiful eco-friendly additions to my house.
My first order online from HEIMA but definitely won't be my last. Ordered a Falcon enamel teapot which arrived quickly and very well packaged in paper packaging (no plastic!). Whenever possible I choose to buy from small, independent businesses as I know how hard they work to give such great customer experiences. Well done team HEIMA!
