After I was finished at a doctor's appointment this afternoon in Bristol, PA, I wanted to get some ice cream down the street from the office. Some men from your company were working at the intersection of Mill and Wood streets, and the area was blocked off. I am visually impaired and use a white cane. One of the men saw me and helped me cross the intersection since I needed to walk very close to traffic in the street.
