My daughter has been training at HP for almost 4 years. The Staff (shoutout Brody & Caleb)and overall environment has been welcoming, encouraging, and continues to push her to be the best version of herself. You are not just a number at HP. You matter! The programs are carefully designed and truly look at the whole athlete. There is no room for doing things half way. The expectations are high and true proper form is taught, monitored, and is always ensured it is done.
I had the opportunity to spend many years under the direction of Caleb and his staff. I trained at his gym and during my years playing a collegiate sport both on and off season. The level of dedication and understanding for sport specific movements/ training helped me and the others that I trained with immensely.
Heilman’s performance is the best! I trained with them for 5 years or so and they pushed me to be better every single day in the gym!
My son is 10 years old. Not only has Heilmans performance made him a better athlete and stronger, it has given him self worth and a sense of believing in himself. This has led him to stop saying I can't, he now says I can!
Hands down best training spot in Minot! Get individualized training to help you become a better athlete. And coaches are even better people!
