Dave did a great job I am especially appreciative of his commitment and communication throughout the process. He was patient and explained everything in thorough detail. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and service.
Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. A stone in my engagement ring was loose so I came in to get it tightened. The stones feel more secure now than when the ring was brand new. I know absolutely nothing about jewelry and they kindly explained why my particular setting was so delicate and prone to becoming loose.
Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and so sweet! She helped my husband design my engagement ring, and then she also helped us with my wedding band. I am absolutely obsessed with my rings and they are so unique and beautiful. On top of the rings, Heilemans also restored my late grandmother's necklace that she left to me, that I wore in my wedding as well. Anytime I go in to have my rings cleaned, I am greeted with a smile and always rememberd. This place and Rachel definitely go the extra mile. We will be lifelong customers!

For an anniversary gift, we ask this company and particular Mike Wanstrath jeweler at this location. To complete a hard task. With a piece of jewelry smaller than a dime, he was able to place all six of my wife's grandchildren's birthstones placed correctly by age on the necklace.
