Dave did a great job I am especially appreciative of his commitment and communication throughout the process. He was patient and explained everything in thorough detail. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and service.
Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. A stone in my engagement ring was loose so I came in to get it tightened. The stones feel more secure now than when the ring was brand new. I know absolutely nothing about jewelry and they kindly explained why my particular setting was so delicate and prone to becoming loose.
