Totally unprofessional, avoid
Tim is a professional and experienced builder and project manager. I had a new driveway installed with some excavation to the front wall of the house, Tim has excellent communication and a keen eye for detail, I found Tim easy to work with, he would provide daily progress updates on the project, throughout the project I always knew what was happening and when plus what I was spending so there were no surprises. Heilbron did a fantastic renno for us. We had our carport knocked down and redone, new driveway, fence, gates, windows and roof. Nothing was too much trouble. Great attention to detail. Superb communication. We knew exactly what was happening and when. We knew exactly what we were spending even as we changed things and had no surprises. Can’t ask for more than that. Tim and his team were fantastic. A professional and focused group, who were reliable and able to work through a range of issues encountered over the period of our renovation. Communication was always great, and the finished product of our studio is amazing.
Heilbronn Building transformed the rear of our property. A crumbling laundry and 1930s outside toilet were demolished and removed. Tim dealt professionally with all the unexpected plumbing and asbestos problems in an efficient way. Construction of the studio was managed very well. Tim’s communication was great - he always let us know who, what and when for each step of the job. Tim made really helpful suggestions when we were undecided and his tips were much appreciated.
