Heilbronn building did an extensive renovation to our semi involving a new deck, outdoor seating and outdoor bbq area, 3 new bathrooms, new/restored flooring, new doors and joinery. Tim’s communication was excellent from start to finish and Tim, along with the trades he used, were absolute perfectionists throughout the build. Our job was not without complication and we appreciate all Tim’s patience. We are blown away by the end result and highly recommend Heilbronn building.

Tim is a professional and experienced builder and project manager. I had a new driveway installed with some excavation to the front wall of the house, Tim has excellent communication and a keen eye for detail, I found Tim easy to work with, he would provide daily progress updates on the project, throughout the project I always knew what was happening and when plus what I was spending so there were no surprises. Heilbronn Building transformed the rear of our property. A crumbling laundry and 1930s outside toilet were demolished and removed. Tim dealt professionally with all the unexpected plumbing and asbestos problems in an efficient way. Construction of the studio was managed very well. Tim’s communication was great - he always let us know who, what and when for each step of the job. Tim made really helpful suggestions when we were undecided and his tips were much appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better builder going into our first renovation. Tim was always happy to answer any questions we had and didn't seem to mind when we constantly changed our minds. :) Will definitely be using Tim again for future projects.

Tim and his team did an extensive renovation on my terrace house. I am exceedingly happy with the result and the process throughout. I was kept in the loop the whole way through and we worked really well together. Tim was a perfectionist, extremely reliable and no question from me was too small or silly (of which there were many)! The quality of the work was spectacular and the teams that he used for electrics, plumbing and painting were excellent. Can’t recommend Heilbronn Building enough.
