Walked in like 4 weeks ago with an issue of drilling a 1 1/8" hole in a plate. And while they couldn't help me they suuure went out of their way trying to find a solution for me. Bob Heil should be proud of his employees..
This place rips.. great customer service, awesome people. I needed a small part for a shock mount I purchased, didn’t realize their location here is basically just their manufacturing headquarters- still took care of me, didn’t charge me a penny. Will forever be a client!
