I’m very disappointed in my new PCP. She kept interrupting me, did not follow through with a prior authorization she said she was going to submit, did not refer me to a specialist as I requested, and gave me a referral to a specialist that didn’t even take my insurance. I’m definitely not happy with this provider and hope I can see the ARNP instead of seeing her going forward.

Dr. Heikkinen is amazing! I was a new patient and She was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. When I told her of my concerns she told me exactly what she would be doing to look into it. She had a very casual and comforting way about her and I would recommend her to anyone. 10/10 definitely keeping my care here.
She’s been my primary care doctor for quite a while now and I would never think of changing. She spends quality time and she truly cares about what’s going on with you.
I cannot recommend Dr. Ann Marie Heikkinen enough! She is hands down the best primary care physician in the Greater Houston area. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for her patients are truly unmatched.
