I can't believe my home insurance company actually use these people. Nothing but delays to the job, damage to my house etc... Plasterer supposed to be here 9am today but has phoned in sick (we have already been kept waiting three weeks for someone to come). Excellent service from start to finish following a radiator leak from removing the damaged flooring to laying the new flooring. Zak was very efficient and very polite as was his apprentice.Excellent job.. very pleased Highly recommended +++
Instructed by insurance company 7 months ago to replace 2 kitchen panels and a corner plinth following a flood. They took them away to measure and colour match. The first items they delivered were the right finish and colour but the wrong shape and size. They tried again but had multiple issues in production..... apparently. They have delivered the panels again - 9 months after the flood but this time they are neither the right size or finish. And apparently they cant make gloss finish. Made so many errors that the building work that was to follow was delayed by a couple of weeks, and only thanks to my great builder working after hours did I have a living room able to use for Christmas. Then they kept chasing me to pay the policy excess to them, despite them already having confirmed I didn't owe it to them. Have tried to complain, but not heard back, despite chasing it. Terrible company. Only plus is that the staff who came out were lovely
