Everything everyone has said badly about this company is 100 percent true. Reading their reviews is exactly what I would say. It’s laughable that they are still open for business!! Poor communication, making you empty your kitchen then nothing for weeks, delays, excuses, taking on work from insurance companies that they really cannot do or handle or until something more lucrative comes along . 100% would not recommend this company if it was the last company to exist. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is 0. Someone says something then back track and denies all knowledge. Takes that long for any work to be done and they threaten to not pay contractors. If you insurancers puts this company to do your job then refuse and ask for a professional company. Only plus is the person who did the work was lovely.

I can't believe my home insurance company actually use these people. Nothing but delays to the job, damage to my house etc... Plasterer supposed to be here 9am today but has phoned in sick (we have already been kept waiting three weeks for someone to come). Whole thing was originally supposed to be a 2 day job, now turning into months. Bathroom a mess. Absolute nightmare of a building firm!
