Lost Customers - Business does not stand behind work – After severely shrinking a costly new pair of pants and a shirt, the family-run Heights Uptown Cleaners refused to take any responsibility for their work. Instead, of working to resolve this problem, it was announced to my wife and I that this simply could not have resulted from their cleaning. We'd been happily taking our clothes to Heights Uptown Cleaners for several months, but I'll replace them with another cleaners at the same time that I replace my pants and shirt.... read more
